St George in his scriptorium
I found the header image, St George in his scriptorium, on the Web site of Rutgers University. I didn't know at the time that the same image appears on the cover of Haskell: The Craft of Functional Programming.I wouldn't have used the image if I'd known it was on that book, because to those who knew the book it would look unoriginal. Luckily, Haskell: The Craft isn't one of the world's most popular books, so I'm okay for now.
