Spotted Skunk Videos!
You asked for it! Well, actually you didn't, but I'm giving it to you anyway. Videos of spotted skunks! Now you can practically have a little spotted skunk on your lap! OK -- on your laptop. But if your laptop's on your lap and the spotted skunk is on your laptop...
The following video shows a spotted skunk up close:

The skunk is being released from a trap, and is wondering if it's safe to come out after someone opened the trap for it. You can see the skunk thinking, "Where'd that weird creature go? Is it still aroud here somewhere?"
Here's a link to another good video of a spotted skunk being released. I like that video because you can see how flexible the skunk's body is, and what control it has. Look at the way it studies its cage trying to see if there's a way out. (The guy who posted that video is quite mad, but the footage is good.)
In the video below, you can compare a spotted skunk to a striped skunk, and see how much more agile the spotted skunk is:
And here's a fun music video featuring a spotted skunk doing its most famed acrobatic act:
Hey, I know how it is. Once you start watching videos of spotted skunks and see how sweet they are, you just want one, don't you?
One thing I must point out is that spotted skunks tend to give the impression of being bigger than they are in pictures and videos. They're only about a third of the size of a striped skunk, or between one and three pounds in weight. They're the sorts of little critters that can perch on your shoulder or even fit into a large coat pocket.
Some people have had spotted skunks as pets. From what I've heard they're absolutely delightful animals, but hard to keep because they don't like being caged and yet they get into everything if they're not. I'd say they're worth designing your whole house around though!
